As an educator, I guide discussions that foster collective understanding, refine approaches, and empower participants to achieve their goals. As an advocate, I reform systems from within, using culturally relevant practices, evidence-based techniques, and storytelling to create an honest open space that encourages meaningful dialogue. As an activist, I role model centering the most impacted and encourage others to use their unique gifts for personally meaningful change. As a visionary, I lead with an open mind, guiding toward a future where everyone can truly show out and bring their whole selves without diminishing another.
